I am a very driven and self-motivated person. I always strive to do everything to the best of my ability and frequently exceed what is expected of me. I am a natural leader and will often become a supervisor in my job shortly after getting hired. I am very goal orientated and enjoy comparing current results to past ones to seeing how both myself and my team have improved. I enjoy working with diverse groups of people.
